Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana, sliced and (if you planned ahead) frozen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Put the top on tightly. Turn the blender to medium and blend until the mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds.

Divide the mixture between the 2 glasses and serve right away or store in a thermos or covered in the refrigerator, up to 4 hours.
Notes
FANCY THAT!
Add any of the following:
- 2 tablespoons crushed nuts
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 date, pitted
- Pinch of ground
- cinnamon or nutmeg
