Ingredients
- 2 heaping cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup cubed or crumbed feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch kosher salt
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the bowl and toss gently.

Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate up to overnight (if you want to serve it later, keep the feta out and add it just before serving).
