Kids Advisory Board member Jai developed this easy, flavor-packed recipe when he was testing spices for us. It’s as great for breakfast or brunch as it is for lunch or a snack. Just make sure to use a nice, ripe avocado.

Notes
Did you know?
Cayenne is made from dried, ground cayenne chile peppers. Jai described the spice as “hot but somewhat bland.”
