More about the educator: My name is Darby and I’ve been a SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator with the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension for over 3 years. I love nutrition education because it provides a wonderful platform to connect with people and learn about their culture, family, and traditions. In my free time I love to hang out with my dogs, hike, take care of my vegetable garden, and eat delicious food!
