The only tricky part of this salad is cutting up the watermelon! Once that’s done, it’s a snap to make. We love the mix of sweet, juicy watermelon with the sharp, salty feta — and we’re pretty sure you will too.

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves or 2 teaspoons dried mint
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the bowl and toss well.

Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate no more than 2 hours.
Notes
FANCY THAT!
Do you like it spicy? Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the salad when you’re mixing it!
