
DTA is in the process of a technical change that will affect all EBT users. There will be a brief period when DTA clients will not be able to use your EBT cards to access their benefits. Clients will also not be able to access the IVR and its associated functions during this time. It is expected that the outage will begin at 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, and end around mid-day on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
